Job Overview:

Duties:

- Oversee and manage logistics operations (inbound and outbound trucking shipments and warehouse orders)
- Order-desk Support
- Bookkeeping Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Day-to-day management tasks
- Inventory Management
- payroll

Qualifications:

- Strong backgroundi in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, bookkeeping
- Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role
- Strong understanding of warehouse management and transportation logistics
- Proficiency in MRP inventory control methods
- Excellent vendor management skills
- Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Reside locally in Marin for ease of commute.
