Marin Community Clinics, founded in 1972, is today, a multi-clinic network with a wide array of integrated primary care, dental, behavioral, specialty and referral services. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we provide vital health services to almost 40,000 individuals annually in Marin County. The Registered Nurse (Specialty Clinic Infectious Disease) sees patients both independently and as a vital team member in an integrated primary care model. Nurse works on case management of complex patients, health coaching, triage, and furthermore is able to improve patient care through participation in and development of quality improvement initiatives. Registered Nurse has direct patient-care experience in a community health or primary care setting. RN has desire to work with undeserved communities and a passion for health education and primary care. Registered Nurse assists with general medical care as well as medical case management for complex patients living with HIV and other communicable diseases.
