Marin Community Clinics, founded in 1972, is today, a multi-clinic network with a wide array of integrated primary care, dental, behavioral, specialty and referral services. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we provide vital health services to almost 40,000 individuals annually in Marin County. The Lead Registered Dental Assistant and/or Lead Dental Assistant oversees and monitors the workflow of the dental assistants, orders supplies, and maintains equipment integrity.
Hiring Bonus:
Employees who work 24 hours a week or more are eligible to receive a $1,000 hiring bonus.
Work Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5:30pm - 9:30pm and Saturday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. Must be able to work Saturday.
Shift Differential:
Evening and weekend shifts (4 hours) with direct patient contact include a 10% pay differential in addition to regular salary. Evening differential is paid only for completed 4 hour shifts that begina after 4:00pm.
