Duties:

• Provide hands-on patient care, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiratory rate.
• Assist patients with mobility, including transfers, walking, and repositioning to prevent bedsores.
• Operate and maintain medical equipment, such as blood pressure monitors, oxygen devices, and patient lifts.
• Document patient information, care provided, and observations accurately in medical records.
• Administer medications following healthcare professionals' directions and established protocols.
• Assist patients with eating, drinking, and adhering to dietary guidelines for proper nutrition and hydration.
• Establish rapport with patients, providing emotional support, active listening, and companionship

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and/or move patients as required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with patients and their families
• Proof of COVID vaccination
• Proof of TB test
• Must be compassionate, patient, and possess strong problem-solving skills
