Seasonal Pool Bartender – Hourly/Commission/Tips

• Provide prompt and friendly service.
• Describe menu items, assist Members and guests in making food and beverage selections.
• Take, ring, and deliver food and beverage orders.
• Assist fellow team members to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Maintain positive attitude while working as a team.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

• Two years of experience in a full-service restaurant, upscale restaurant, resort, or country club.
• Must be able to assist guests and possess great Member relations skills.
• Must be upbeat, outgoing, and positive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to stand and remain alert for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed.
• Continuous use of hands and arms.
• Continuous bending, reaching and twisting.

• At least 1 year bartending experience.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug and background screening.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have dependable transportation.
