The 3 Fellowship projects for the 2024 – 2026 cohort are: Heat Relief Fellow: focused on climate & public health, public health interventions, and health disparities Academic Health Department Fellow: focused on learning & development, health policy & management, and public health research & practice Occupational Mental Health Fellow: focused on incident command structure and public health emergency response Working Conditions This person will primarily work in an office setting with a potential hybrid option Within one month of hire, all employees will be required to provide evidence of immunity or receive immunizations for vaccine-preventable illnesses for any position within the Maricopa County Department of Public Health. Required immunizations include MMR (measles, mumps, rubella), Tdap (whooping cough and diphtheria), Varicella (chickenpox), and annual Influenza.
