The standard work schedule will be Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm during the Academic Year.
7:00am - 6:00pm during the Summer Months
This position offers remote work allowing employees a combination of onsite and work from home options. The expected remote work schedule for this position is will be determined by the needs of the department.

Job Summary

Provides planning, support, and coordination of projects for the Educator Preparation Program Bachelor's Degree. Assists with the development of partnerships with K-12 partners, performs basic research and analysis to support program needs, and monitors program compliance.
Essential Functions

30% - Overseas student teaching applications, requests, monitoring, payments, and program completion
20% - Collaborates with internal and external partners to implement/grow the Bachelor's Degree (advisors, financial aid, Arizona Teacher's Academy)
15% - Conducts meetings & Orientations (in person & remotely) to promote the Bachelor's Degree
15% - Assists with Graduation and convocation events. Assists with the development and monitoring of State & Federal Reports. Monitors Out of State Compliance for students and partners
10% - Monitors, reviews, and submits Student Teaching Intern applications
10% - Implements and supports procedures, marketing, and communication needs of the Bachelor's Degree Program
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution in education, business or public administration, or directly related field and two (2) years of related program management experience preferably in an educational setting.
OR
Associate's Degree from a regionally accredited institution in education, business or public administration, or directly related field and four (4) years of related program management experience preferably in an educational setting.
OR
High School Diploma/GED from a regionally accredited institution in education, business or public administration, or directly related field and six (6) years of related program management experience preferably in an educational setting.
Desired Qualifications

A. Three (3) or more years of work experience in a K-12 or Higher Education
B. Experience within an Educator Preparation Program or State Education System
C. One (1) or more year of experience using Google Suite Products
D. Prior Knowledge of University Transfer Processes
E. Masters Degree in Education or Business
F. Supervisory Experience in an educational setting Pk-20
Special Working Conditions

Possession of a valid State of Arizona Class D driver's license is required; must meet minimum standards regarding driving: .Travel to campus during interview/selection process will be at candidate's own expense. Will be required to travel or be assigned to all MCCCD locations. May require numerous evenings or weekends. May require prolonged periods of viewing a computer screen. May be required to lift or carry up to #25 lbs.
