Job Summary:
We are seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets. Your main responsibilities will include greeting clients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Duties:
- Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and address client inquiries or direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks
- Coordinate patient admissions and discharges
- Process payments for services rendered
- Provide general information about veterinary services and products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
