Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Salad Bar / Cut Fruit. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining our salad bar and cut fruit section, ensuring that our customers have access to fresh and delicious options.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and arrange a variety of fresh salads and cut fruits according to established recipes and guidelines
- Ensure that the salad bar and cut fruit section is fully stocked, clean, and visually appealing at all times
- Monitor product quality, freshness, and expiration dates, rotating stock as necessary
- Assist customers with their selections, providing information about ingredients and answering any questions they may have
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, using a cash register or POS system
- Follow proper procedures for opening and closing the salad bar / cut fruit section
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen and dining area

Experience:
- Previous experience in a culinary or kitchen environment is preferred
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including bussing tables, cash handling, and time management
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
