Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Clerk to join our team. As a Clerk, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and performing various administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong organizational skills.
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Provide information to customers about products and services
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Qualifications:
- Previous experience using a POS system is preferred
- Fluent in multiple languages is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Knowledge of floral design or lawn care is an asset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
