As a Courtesy Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Duties:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor upon entering the store
- Assist customers in locating products and provide recommendations based on their needs
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking shelves and tidying up displays
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products, promotions, and store policies
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Basic knowledge of retail math for cash handling purposes
- Familiarity with technology products and electronics sales is a plus
