Mariano's Greek Town is looking for a part-time Produce Clerk to join our team in our Chicago, IL location.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Job Summary:

• Prepares, packages and ships food products.
• Inspects product for quality and proper packaging.
• Ensures products are properly packaged and shipped according to company policies and procedures.
• Records all food deliveries, storage and shipping procedures.
• Ensures all food deliveries are made in accordance with the appropriate departmental procedures.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Education, Experience and Certifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food handling experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the day.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours throughout the day. Must be able to walk up and down stairs throughout the day. Must be able to sit for 8 hours throughout the day. Must be able to stand, bend, walk, climb stairs and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the day.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
