Pay rate: $18- $20 per hour

Hoffman Landscapes serves residential customers located in Fairfield and Litchfield Counties in CT and Westchester County in NY. Hoffman is a Top 100 Landscape Company and a Top 100 Snow Services Company. Our Kent Greenhouse & Gardens location is a landscaping company serving residential clients in Litchfield County CT and Dutchess County NY.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor materials and yard inventory

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard
- Assist with loading and unloading materials into company vehicles
- Operate equipment such as forklifts and hand trucks
- Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
