As a Residential Roofing Technician at Mariani Construction, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch roofing services to our valued clients. You will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of residential roofing systems with precision and attention to detail. We mainly work with composite and metal roofing systems. In the winter months, we switch to residential remodeling. We are looking for team members that are willing to fulfill roofing responsibilities as well as remodeling responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Roof Installation: Execute the installation of new roofing systems according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Roof Repair: Identify and address roofing issues such as leaks, damaged shingles, and flashing to ensure the integrity of the roof structure.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team members.
• Customer Interaction: Interact with homeowners professionally, addressing their concerns, answering questions, and providing recommendations for roofing solutions.
• Material Handling: Handle roofing materials and equipment with care, ensuring proper usage and storage to minimize waste and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other team members, including project managers, fellow technicians, and subcontractors, to complete roofing projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control throughout the roofing process to exceed customer expectations and uphold the reputation of Mariani Construction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential roofing installation, repair, or maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of different roofing materials, techniques, and tools.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new roofing technologies and best practices.
• Safety-conscious mindset with a commitment to following safety protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
