Position Overview
State Farm Insurance Agent located in Goodyear, AZ is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their sales team! As a State Farm team member for Mariana Chavez Agency, you will work in a team setting and help our office build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto home, business and life insurance.
Responsibilities

• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Organizational skills
• Self-motivated
• Dedicated to providing great service and helping others
• Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Outlook
• Typing 45 WPM
• Enjoy working in a team environment.
• Ability to multi-task
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
