All staff engage in ongoing Montessori training toward advanced certification. Tuition reimbursement and internship supervision provided. REQUIREMENTS

• Resume, dossier or CV
• Baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Willingness and availability to train toward certification in Montessori history, theory and practice (company sponsored)
• Willingness to share in all of the day-to-day housekeeping and childcare tasks associated with service to primary aged children.
• Current SARS-CoV-2 immunization
• Participation in regularly scheduled Saturday training and in-service sessions (typically 9am-1pm)
