Responsibilities

We require our assistants to maintain a professional and positive attitude. You will be making outgoing calls and receive inbound calls from potential clients and then assist those prospects in completing the insurance buying process. You must have the ability to multi-task. Some duties include making follow up calls and sending emails to leads. Must have reliable transportation.

Call client for:

  • Social Media Platforms
  • Scanning
  • Cancellation
  • Renewal retention billing
  • Quoting
  • Providing Bundles
  • Farmers Friendly Review
  • Appointment Set up
  • Network
  • Answer calls
  • Building Strong Relationships with partners
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be speak SPANISH AND ENGLISH FLUENTLY
  • Show organization skills
  • Assist with insurance claims
  • Must be able to communicate and find opportunities for new business
  • Must be able to transition a warm or cold conversation to a new product opportunity.
Requirements
  • P & C license required, but not needed to start working.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Thoroughly knowledgeable about Office 365- Microsoft
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external customers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Shows initiative, exhibits a can do attitude, and collaborates effectively within our team environment.
    Other duties as assigned
