Mari de Villa is a senior living community located in West. St. Louis County that has been in business since 1960. Our priority is to provide excellent care and services for our guests that call Mari de Villa home. We are looking for individuals that are willing to to care for our guests, learn what makes Mari de Villa who we are, be engaged while at work, and respectful.

Currently, as of April 11, 2024 we have openings for both our 6:00am and 10:00am shifts. Both shifts are for full time positions, 40 hours per week, that includes full benefits as listed below.

Responsibilities:

Adhere to Dress Code Requirements - Uniforms are furnished
- Provide exceptional guest service by taking food and beverage orders from hotel guests in a timely and professional manner
- Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms, ensuring accuracy and presentation
- Set up and break down room service trays and tables
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the room service area
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes as needed
- Follow all food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of food and beverages
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure accurate meal preparation and presentation
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency

Requirements:
- Previous experience in guest relations or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of culinary terms, menu items, and meal preparation techniques is a plus
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
