Margaritaville Holdings is Hiring a Manager of Data Operations and CRM Near Orlando, FL

What You'll Do:

Data Management:

  • Data Governance: Establish and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Data Integration: Support data integration processes, data extraction, data transformation, and data loading (ETL) to consolidate data from various sources into a unified and reliable database
  • Data Security: Implement and maintain data security measures to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
  • Quality Assurance: Lead data quality assurance efforts, including data: completeness, cleansing, validation, accuracy, and error resolution
  • Data Maintenance: Manage data maintenance processes to ensure data is up-to-date, relevant, and accessible when needed across all departments and business lines
  • Data Delivery: Help to ensure that data is available, accessible, and actionable to support business and analytical needs across all departments and business lines
  • Database Management: Support database administration, including performance optimization, backup and recovery, and database design across multiple systems (CRM, CMS, Loyalty, Gift Card, Credit Card)
  • Data Architecture: Help define and implement data architecture standards and best practices to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and accessibility
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data management processes, data dictionaries, and data lineage
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, provide support in data-related projects, and ensure data availability for analysis, modeling, segmentation, and communication
  • Data Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's data strategy, working closely with the Chief Data Officer, Sr. Director of Data Operations, and other internal and external stakeholders

Data Engagement:

  • Data Communication: Translate data insights into clear and actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Data Insights: Analyze and interpret customer data to extract valuable insights that inform business strategies, marketing strategies, and customer engagement efforts
  • Campaign Management: Develop, manage, and optimize data-driven engagement strategies, including email marketing automation campaigns, SMS marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, and other customer engagement initiatives to enhance customer retention, loyalty, and CLV
  • Customer Segmentation: Create and manage customer segments to enhance audience targeting and personalization across omnichannel marketing efforts (including: email, SMS, website, paid search, social media, display advertising, video advertising, and CTV advertising)
  • Reporting and Analytics: Use available data analytics and BI tools (i.e., GA4, Marketing Cloud Data Extensions, Looker Studio) to monitor performance, measure the impact of data engagement strategies, and provide regular reports to stakeholders
  • Data Visualization: Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using available data analytics and BI platforms (i.e., GA4, Marketing Cloud Data Extensions, Looker Studio) to enhance data-driven insights, decision-making, and strategies

What You'll Bring:

  • Prior experience (3 years) in CRM, data management, data analysis, customer engagement, email marketing automation, and data reporting
  • Strong data analysis, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Domo, Looker Studio, Datorama, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Working knowledge of best practices across: data governance, data integration, data validation, data hygiene, data integrity, and data security
  • Prior experience using data management tools and systems (e.g., databases, data warehouses)
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage data-related projects effectively

This position is based in Orlando, FL. A remote role will be considered for an ideal candidate.
