Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor customer behavior and intervene as needed to maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for customers in the bar area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Skills:
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role in the hospitality or food service industry
- Knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and mixology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Cash handling experience and proficiency in operating a cash register
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with other staff members
