Marketing Manager

OUR POSITION OBJECTIVE:

Mardigan Executive LLC is looking for a Marketing Manager to join a dynamic international team!! Candidates will join a professional and successful team where you can make a significant impact immediately.

YOUR PRIMARY DUTIES WILL CONSIST OF:

• Developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plansto attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
• Creating a demand for the Company's products in the North American market with a strong connection to the Corporate Marketing Team in Germany.
• Being responsible for working with product experts and colleagues to plan and execute Sales and Marketing campaigns, help promote new products and services and produce marketing campaigns that generate inbound leads.
• Helping determine marketing budgets, targets, and develop pricing strategies for products and services.
• Working to support marketing, creative direction, and communications.
• Helping quantify marketing efforts and discover the ROI for each campaign and initiative.
• Being responsible for leading the creation of targeted group content based on focus industries and products.
• Supporting website content creation locally including webinars, SEO, landing pages, white papers, and launching advertisements on various digital channels.
• Preparing content for customer communications, presentations, brochures, flyers, posters, and video concepts.
• Interfacing with content managers, the Parent Company in Germany, and external partners to develop digital marketing tools, tracking analysis, and marketing automation such as Hubspot.

YOU MUST POSSESS THESE SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, and ABILITIES - THEY'RE REQUIRED:

• Strong organizational and time management skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and a background in marketing and customer relations (internal and external)
• Solid oral and written communication skills, demonstrating a command of English grammar and composition, along with proofreading skills
• Ability to create, communicate, and execute a strategic approach/ project plan
• Highly resourceful, collaborative team player, with the ability to be extremely effective independently
• Forward-looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
• Self‐starter with a high level of initiative, proven proactive thinker
• Calm individual who can operate under pressure, with demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet aggressive deadlines
• Punctual and dependable

YOU MUST HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE:

• A minimum of 5 plus years’ experience in the following disciplines:
• Experienced leader, able to successfully coordinate a team
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in Management
• Global experience is a plus!
• Highly proficient in managing complex projects with the ability to multi-task and work within deadlines
• Expert experience using Hubspot is a must have. Similar Marketing Automation or Customer Relationship Management Software is also helpful
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
• Tradeshow and conference experience is a must
• Must have excellent time management and organizational skills and a strong attention to detail, and the ability to plan complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Experience with Linkedin and Google Ads
• A passion for customer relationships and business development
• Occasional international travel required (Germany)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
