Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (the “Company”), a subsidiary of Marcus & Millichap, Inc. (NYSE:MMI) is seeking a Corporate Intern to support the Capital Markets team. Working closely with the Head of Business and other capital markets leaders, the candidate will support overall corporate initiatives and tasks. This role is designated to be a non-exempt position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Researching data and market trends.
• Maintaining Salesforce database.
• Updating and adding contacts to Salesforce.
• Joining and/or participating in Corporate or Management meetings.
• May perform other related duties as assigned.

• Pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, commercial real estate, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented and analytical mindset.
• Ability to keep information confidential.
• Ability to work independently.
