Marcus & Millichap is Hiring an Administrative and Marketing Assistant Near Boston, MA

Marcus & Millichap is seeking a talented, career minded, Administrative and Marketing Assistant to support a top producing Commercial Real Estate Brokerage team in the Boston office. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, exceptionally organized, detail oriented, and has some experience in generating print and/or electronic marketing collateral.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain team CRM database of properties and owners
  • Manage and maintain email database
  • Manage deal flow (facilitate the execution of all documents necessary when deals are launched and during escrow)
  • Generate market reports
  • Generate call lists as directed
  • Track sales and lease comps throughout the market
  • Manage team leader’s schedule & email
  • Build Proposals and Offering Memoranda
  • Build and deploy email blasts promoting listings
  • Manage social media posts
  • Maintain a marketing schedule of proactive marcomm activities
Required Knowledge and/or Experience:
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to develop strong working relationships with both internal and external sources
  • Microsoft office, with a strong working knowledge of Excel and Power Point
  • Proficiency with Macintosh OS
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a focus on spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Versatile/flexible with the ability and willingness to take on new responsibilities and tasks as requested
  • A basic understanding of and/or interest in investment real estate is a plus
  • Experience with desktop publishing software and/or web design is a plus
  • Some facility with InDesign or Photoshop is a plus
