This position is responsible for developing metrics, visualizations, and slot reporting. This information will be provided to management to help determine and recommend data driven strategies relating to Slot & Marketing initiatives to optimize profitability. All duties will be performed in accordance with Departmental Policies and all Company Policies and Procedures.

• The creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards and where applicable, real-time slot information that brings focus to what is important and requires action. 
• Analyze effects of machine changes, floor location and local market factors to improve department decision-making. 
• Collaborate with the Slot and Marketing Departments, as well as IT to determine specific existing, new, and external data sources to enhance reporting and analytics.
• Gleen insight from the analytics and communicate to department managers.
• Recommend new software programs, or upgrades to enhance our reporting capabilities.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.

Minimum Requirements: 

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in automation, data analytics roles with slot machine and marketing preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Problem-solving skills that help explain the data and information to develop creative and rational solutions. 
• Have core analytical skills and strong critical thinking.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office Professional software applications, including but not limited to Microsoft SQL Server, Access, Excel, Tableau, and PowerBall.
• Knowledge and experience with Slot Player Tracking, Casino Management and Casino marketing systems with Aristocrat, Oasis and Loyalty preferred.
• Practical knowledge in accumulating and integrating data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs and charts.
• Proven experience in the use of computer systems including database systems, software, data retrieval methodologies and quantitative analysis.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of classified information.

Preferred:

• In-depth understanding of slot operations and processes.
• Previous experience as a Slot Operations Manager in a high-volume integrated casino resort.
• Experience developing and implementing company-wide initiatives.
• Previous experience in a hotel/gaming environment.
