Responsibilities:Description of Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Quality departments globally.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
- Devise and review specifications for products or processes
- Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance
- Manage the QMS for the organization
- Ensure quality certifications remain in good standing.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
- Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
- Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements, approving/rejecting products as necessary
- Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met
- Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures
Required Skills and Experience:
- Exemplifies Tube Supplys values of Excellence, Loyalty, and Fun
- Ability to travel globally per business needs.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (engineering preferred), or 5 years of relevant experience
- QA/QC experience in a distribution and/or manufacturing environment
- A keen eye for detail and a results driven approach
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
