Overview:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Marcos Pizza. As a Evening Prep, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and delivering high-quality food to our customers. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for the food industry and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing dough
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Assist with catering orders and special events as required
- Help with dishes, and cleaning of store every night

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment and knife skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of menu planning and culinary techniques is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to handle food safely and maintain proper hygiene practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
