Restaurant General Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

• Training Coordinator, duties: include administrating Marco's training, training general managers candidates, and facilitating training to franchisees.
• Candidate must have a passion for training, previous experience, working in a training environment or store facilitating training.
• Training, coaching, and developing a strong Marco's team.
• Excellent leaders with exceptional people skills.
• People Oriented - enjoys working with our guests and team members, using great communication skills.
• Growth Oriented - understands the importance of personal growth within themselves and team members and strives to share their skills with others.
• Understands leadership in providing excellent food quality, guest service, team building, and restaurant cleanliness through company systems.
• Leading in financial areas of the restaurant by attaining sales growth, cost management, and profitability.
• Learning the Marco's Pizza system operations and objectives.
• Focusing on achieving results without compromising guest service, a great product, or the image of the restaurant.
