We're looking for a positive and responsible person to join our team as a Floating Manager! The goal is for this individual to train with multiple General Managers and be ready to step into a General Manager role long term. You will travel and work between 7 different Marco’s Pizza locations in the Memphis and Northern Mississippi market.

Evening Shifts: 3/4/5pm - 11:30pm/12:30am

Morning Shifts: 9am - 5/6pm

Mid Shifts: 10/11am – 7/8pm

Job Requirements Include:

• At least 18 years of age
• Able to travel between 7 store set
• Able to work weekends
• Available to work past 11:30PM on weekdays and 12:30AM on weekends
• Ability to work opening or closing shifts
• Tactfully communicate with supervisors, teammates, and guests, both verbally and in writing
• Accurately and efficiently count money
• Reliable transportation to perform bank runs
• Able to stand for long periods of time on any given day
• Reliable, prompt, and punctual
• Serve Safe Certification or willing to get Serve Safe certified
• Restaurant experience preferred
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Primary responsibilities Include:

• Supervise store crew and all workstations in day-to-day operations.
• Excel in preforming all crew member tasks including: makeline, cut table, monitoring the ovens, packaging of products, quality check and order accuracy, and guest relations.
• Manage guest experience to meet Five-Star gold expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store and ensures food safety.
• Count inventory daily.
• Complete all opening and/or closing duties per shift.
• Recognize problems and works promptly to resolve.
• Work with Drivers and Manager to ensure efficient routing of deliveries.

Pay Range Includes Estimated Tips

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 50 per week
