As an Insider, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and providing excellent customer service. This position is ideal for someone with experience in the food industry and a passion for delivering high-quality food to customers.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation and assembly according to company standards
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
- Handle food safely and adhere to food safety regulations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

Skills:
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service is a plus
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating portion sizes
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and customers
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
