Marco's Pizza in Daphne is looking for an experienced candidate to bring on the team as an Assistant Manager!

The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager and restaurant staff in all aspects of store operations. The AM provides guidance to Shift Leaders and Team Members in operations including inventory control and food costs, labor management and scheduling, truck orders and receivable, customer satisfaction and employee retention and development.

Duties and Responsibilities

The AM supports the GM and team in monitoring all areas of restaurant operations to ensure safety of employees and equipment, quality and value of food and customer satisfaction and recidivism.

The AM Maintains customer satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food orders, coupon offers, initiating improvement within the store and building relationships with return customers.

The AM will be responsible for assisting the GM in selecting, training, developing, and motivate, Team Members in a manner that builds and sustains a high-performance team and minimizes turnover. People First!

The AM will be responsible for performing accurate food counts. Ordering inventory and knowing your impact to the fiscal period.

The AM will have a understanding of operational metrics and meeting goals within those metrics to further continue a 5 star Guest experience and ensure the highest level of satisfaction within the restaurant for the Team Members and the Guests.

**Must be 18 years or older. Pay based on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 55 per week
