SCOPE:
The Director of Collective Impact reports to the Senior Executive Director of Market Impact. The Director plays a pivotal role in driving collaborative efforts to address complex social issues and achieve positive community outcomes. The collaborative in Chicago has a focus on the South and Far South sides of the city. The position works with diverse community partners, volunteers and leaders to improve Maternal & infant health outcomes by using an equity and social driver lens. The Director uses data-based, results-driven approaches focused on mobilizing communities.
This is a part-time grant funded position that extends through December 2025. Key responsibilities will include overseeing and managing two grant-funded projects. The Director will ensure that the projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and in compliance with grant requirements. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project timelines, and reporting on project progress to the funder and internal teams.
