Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of accounting principles and possess strong customer service skills. Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable functions including processing payments, invoicing, and reconciling accounts
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional phone etiquette
- Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Qualifications:
- Highly organized, motivated, and possess a strong attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Ex: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Proficiency in data entry and clerical tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
