Content Writer

Reporting to the firm’s Managing Partners, Sumant Mandal and Jamie Montgomery, March is seeking a talented Content Writer who will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content to help tell the stories of March Capital and its portfolio companies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality, compelling executive-level content for internal and external audiences aligned with March’s mission and strategic initiatives to highlight the firm’s investments and industry insights, including but not limited to long-form thought leadership pieces and investor relations communications, and social media content
• Collaborate cross-functionally across the firm (specifically the Investment, Capital Formation, Marketing, & Finance teams) to understand audience needs, generate valuable content ideas, and extract insights to align with the firm’s strategic goals and messaging
• Develop in-depth knowledge of March Capital’s portfolio companies and investment philosophy
• Manage content distribution across March’s organic channels with support from the Marketing team to ensure maximum impact
• Assist Managing Partners and Partners with the creation of talking points for industry events

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• 5 years of relevant experience in the finance, technology, or venture capital industry, including project management and copywriting
• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both verbally and in writing, and the ability to work directly with senior team members
• Captures, masters, and tailors executive voice, tone, and message to specific audiences
• Stays current on financial industry and news trends and adapts communications accordingly
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency in written content
• Solid project management habits; ability to self-start, balance multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
