Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, bartending, and customer service. This role requires excellent time management skills and a strong understanding of food safety practices.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages to customers following standard recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash and credit transactions using POS systems
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons in a friendly manner
- Monitor customer needs and promptly address any concerns or requests

Skills:
- Experience in bartending, serving and beverage service
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proficiency in operating POS systems, specifically Spot On is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Familiarity with craft and modern cocktail operations is beneficial
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
- Basic understanding of wine, italian cuisine and cocktail preparation
- Competence in food handling procedures
