The Marc Sollee Farmers Insurance Agency in GILBERT, Arizona, is looking for a confident, experienced insurance sales producer/agent to join our team. In this Full-Time position, we will provide you with the tools and support needed to succeed. You will be responsible for selling and promoting our products. We are a dedicated and driven team with a focus on providing each of our clients with proper insurance insurance protection and amazing customer service. If you are looking for a new opportunity to grow, this may be the role for you. The base salary is $45,000. There are commissions and bonuses that will be made in addition to the base salary. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and assist them with their insurance needs
- Conduct thorough market research to identify the best insurance policies for clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet client satisfaction goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies
Requirements
- Insurance Property & Casualty License
- Life Insurance License is a bonus
- Sales Experience or Insurance industry experience
- Ability to work in our office Monday through Friday
