Commercial real estate firm is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in our Des Plaines, IL office.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Heavy phone contact
- Filing and record keeping
- Processing and recording purchase orders and invoices
- Tenant relations
- Basic accounting
- Maintenance of service contracts
- Assigning tenant requests
- Supervision of building staff
- Assisting property manager with the day to day operation of the properties
- This position requires strong organizational, verbal, and written skills. Candidate must be proficient with Outlook, MS Word, and Excel, and possess strong multi-tasking skills.
- Exceptional people skills are a must.
- Commercial real estate experience is preferred.
