FUNCTION: Operations

ROLE: Project Manager

REPORTS TO: Company Integrator Company

Overview: Marc Poulos Painting & Wallpaper is a residential and commercial painting & wallcovering company headquartered in Arlington Heights, IL. We have been in business for many years, and we have a strong reputation in the Northshore & NW Suburbs for delivering quality work and great experiences to our customers, employees, and trade partners. We have strong growth goals for the next 5 years and are looking to add solid team members to help us build the company.

Project Managers are Responsible for:

1. Customer satisfaction - maintaining customer relationships and achieving a strong net promoter score.

2. Leading painting crews to produce work on time and on budget.

3. Managing the material and labor expenses on projects to achieve the company's margin goal

Day to Day Responsibilities:

● Delivering a weekly, quarterly and annual revenue goal

● Daily communication with clients

● Leading 4 crews of painters and/or subcontractors to follow the company production model

● Recruiting, leading, and retaining employees to handle production capacity

● Approving and/or contouring work orders

● Completing change orders by following the change order process.

● Completing kick-offs, check-ins, final inspection and walk-throughs with clients

● Manage and oversee any touch-ups, punch-outs, and warranty work on your projects

● Collecting all accounts receivable for your projects

● Completing a Goal Alignment Meeting (GAM) Report and a GAM meeting each week with your Supervisor and attend all company L10 Team Meetings

Requirements:

● Previous experience as a team lead or project manager is preferred

● Strong communication skills and attention to detail

● Driver’s License

● Ability to maintain 40 hours of work per week

● High School diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Yearly pay

Experience level:

  • 2 years

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to Relocate:

  • Arlington Heights, IL 60004: Relocate before starting work (Required)
