As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations in a medical or dental office setting. Duties:

- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar

- Verify patient information and insurance details

- Collect patient co-pays and process payments

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

- Assist with medical scheduling and coordination of patient referrals

- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services offered

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents

Skills:

- Proficient in using Eaglesoft or similar dental/medical software

- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
