We’re looking for an experienced Real Estate Client Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in identifying and obtaining new customer business while providing our current/past clients with outstanding value and service.

The Client Acquisition team is responsible for reaching out to prospective customers via call/text/email to evaluate their needs and align them with the Real Estate Salesperson who has the expertise to assist them, all while providing personalized "white glove" customer service.

The ideal applicant has the ability to identify sales opportunities, communicates effectively, and has an upbeat/positive attitude and energy.

$30,000 - $50,000 yearly

• Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
• Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
• Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
• Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
• Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process

• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
