Remote, Candidates must reside in the DC area due to the potential for one onsite client meeting per quarter

Marathon TS is looking for a HCM Consultant to support our efforts at DIA:

Responsibilities:

• Implement Workday HCM modules
• Provide post-go-live support and enhancements
• Guide clients on HCM configuration and implementation
• Lead data conversion from legacy systems
• Advise on HCM application planning
• Communicate project updates to clients
• Mentor and share knowledge with team

Qualifications:

• 2 years implementing Workday HCM
• Experience with end-to-end HCM implementations
• Deep understanding of HCM configuration
• Workday HCM certification preferred
• Consulting experience with Workday deployment partners
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
• Ability to learn technology quickly
• Leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Creativity, flexibility, and positive attitude
