PRN Family Nurse Practitioner

Marathon Health is seeking a PRN Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to support our employer-sponsored health and wellness centers throughout Indianapolis in the following locations:

* Greenwoood

* Plainfield

* Downtown Indianapolis

* East Indianapolis

* Traders Point

* Fishers

* Carmel

You'll treat individuals and families (ages 2 ) in a healthcare setting that values quality of care, longer appointment times, and a more relaxed daily rhythm ? all so you can build and grow trusted relationships with your patients and help them reach their wellness goals.

Role highlights include:

* Flexible schedule with the option to sign up for PRN shifts as they become available

* Commitment to work at least one 8 hour shift per month

* Available to work during operational hours: Monday - Friday: 6:00a.m. - 7:00p.m.

* Intentional focus on preventive care and better outcomes for patients and their families

* Longer-than-average appointment times for provider visits

* Freedom from insurance billing constraints and a fee-for-service approach to care

Responsibilities

As a PRN Family Nurse Practitioner at Marathon Health, you'll deliver primary care services, conduct onsite health risk assessments, provide wellness education, support individual lifestyle changes, and help individuals manage chronic conditions.

In addition to patient-care responsibilities, you'll also be expected to build trusted relationships with the center's staff.

Qualifications

* Minimum 2 years of experience practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a primary care/family practice setting

* Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience

* Current and unrestricted state licensure
