We are looking for an Accounting Intern to assist the accounting team with the day to day accounting and administrative operations for the company. This paid internship will provide the student with relevant skills in a variety of accounting functions.

Estimated Start Date: June 18th, 2024

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable/data entry
• Assist with accounts receivable in collection of documents
• Assist in month end close
• Ensuring compliance by auditing specific documents and processes

Qualifications

• Must be currently pursuing a degree in accounting, finance or business
• Experience working with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work 20-30 hours per week
• Take pride in quality of work and attention to detail.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills including ability to listen attentively and to communicate information clearly and effectively
• Demonstrated interpersonal, collaborative, and relationship-building skills; ability to interact positively with teammates at various levels across the company and customers
• Have a positive attitude and keep a solution-based and customer-focused mindset at all times.
