• Development NDT training course material for level I, II, and III
• Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally to conduct NDT business
• Test part(s) components for defects that could potentially cause a part(s) to fail during operation
• Perform Fluorescent Penetrant Inspections in a production environment.
• Run part(s) through the NDT system
• Make accept/reject decisions on critical part(s)
• Determines acceptability of product based on results of testing
• Interprets results and helps determine probable cause of defects
• Documents and publishes results of FPI testing
• Conduct daily process control tests
• Perform NDT inspections for auditors
• Serve as the primary resource to department supervisors for problem identification, resolution, trends, and continuous improvement
• Supports and maintains the NDT quality system

• Knowledge of AS 9100, ISO 9001, and Nadcap audit requirements a plus
• Experience performing eddy current testing for multiple Aerospace Primes preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communications skills, both written and oral
• Must be able to certify to requisition Level requirements in all qualified methods within 90 days of employment
• Must have a minimum of 10 years documented work experience as a Level 3, 5 years documented work experience as a Level 2, and 1 year documented work experience as a Level 1 in aerospace NDT
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), and database utilization
• Must be a US Citizen or legally authorized to work in the US as a permanent resident
• Experience with Pulsed Eddy Current (PEC) testing is a plus
• Experience with NDT of castings, weldments, and composite structures
• Multiple NDT Level 2/3 certifications are a plus
• Nital Etch experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or above in an Engineering or Technology discipline is a plus
• Experience using CATIA or other 3D modeling software is a plus
