The Director of Nursing Services (DNS) leads and oversees our Nursing Department. The Director of Nursing Services (DNS) develops a collaborative and efficient workplace with specific attention to quality resident care. The Director of Nursing Services (DNS) performs a range of duties, including maintaining the Nursing Department, setting long-term goals, and overseeing record-keeping processes.
Requirements for Director of Nursing Services (DNS):
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- In-depth knowledge of legal policies and regulations in the healthcare industry
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
