MapleTronics Computers is Hiring a NOC Team Leader--Internal Hire Near Goshen, IN

Position Summary: The CS NOC Team Leader is responsible to develop and lead a Team of people using the MapleTronics Servant Leadership Model, maintain a working environment that builds loyalty and trust within the Team and with the Clients. The Team Leader is a "working team leader" who, in addition to leading the Team, spends the majority of his/her time working alongside the Teammates he/she leads.

Skill Requirements: The CS NOC Team Leader requires:

  • A proven history of leadership experience.
  • The ability to provide effective direction in order to develop and motivate a Team.
  • Successful completion of MTC Leadership 101.
  • The ability to strategically place Teammates in positions to win.
  • The ability to morph multiple ideas into a unique solution for our Clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The CS NOC Team Leader will:

  • Be actively engaged in a professional growth plan.
  • Attendance at bi-weekly leadership team meetings.
  • Review daily Teammate time entries and approve weekly time sheets for payroll.
  • Work with Teammates to develop growth plans to further develop their technical skills.
  • Serve as liaison with client on end user experience.
  • Serve as a working Team Leader to best support the overall goals of their Team.
  • Ensure that systems, processes & methodologies are followed according to company guidelines.
  • Coach Teammates to create a sense of ownership within the Team & resolve Teammate issues.
  • Monitor Team's performance to ensure that goals are being met.
  • Facilitate effective communication among Teammates across all other Teams and other job functions for optimum working conditions
  • Perform quarterly previews with each Teammate
  • Initiate restorative action process for Teammates as needed with the help of Exec leadership.
