LPN PM/NOC Shift Job Description

Location: Spooner, WI, 54801-1241

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team for the PM/NOC shift at our facility in Spooner, WI. The LPN will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
• Assist with the development and implementation of care plans
• Communicate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care
• Document patient care and progress in medical records
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
• Assist with the maintenance of a clean and safe environment for patients

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of Wisconsin
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Basic computer skills
