Maple Manor Rehab of Novi is seeking Marketing/Community Liaison to join our team! This candidate must have at least 2-3 years of experience.

• Responsible for marketing of a TBI and Neuro, skilled nursing, subacute, rehab center. Strong interpersonal skills to market to doctors, hospitals, case managers, insurance companies, families and patients. Facility tours and room orientations.
• Responsible for facilitating community outreach events, implementing marketing strategies, and fostering relationships with local hospitals, clinics, case managers and referral sources.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships and rapport with case managers.
• Responsible for analyzing referral trends and developing daily call plans based on this information.
• Participate in marketing functions as needed.
• This individual will work as part of a team to help build and maintain daily census along with being a community liaison. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required. Previous health care provider relations preferred.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 2-3 year experience preferred but not required
• Solid knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Valid driver’s license and be willing to travel to referral source locations
• Ability to communicate effectively with others
• A high degree of personal motivation and drive to achieve personal and professional goals.
• Excellent oral presentation skills and the ability to think quickly to apply facts in analyzing a problem and explaining that answer to a group of medical technicians and clinicians.
• Exceptional multi-tasking skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
