Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tree Climber to join our team. As a Tree Climber, you will be responsible for performing various tree care tasks, including pruning, trimming, and removing trees. This is a physically demanding role that requires climbing trees and operating equipment at heights.

Responsibilities:
- Safely climb trees using ropes, harnesses, and other necessary equipment
- Perform tree pruning and trimming to maintain tree health and aesthetics
- Remove dead or hazardous branches using proper cutting techniques
- Operate bucket trucks or aerial lifts for high-reaching tasks
- Use rigging techniques to safely lower heavy branches or tree sections
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with the team to complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Requirements:
- Previous experience in tree care or related field
- Proficient in landscape maintenance and tree care techniques
- Knowledge of proper pruning methods
- Familiarity with bucket operation and aerial lift safety procedures
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong physical stamina and endurance for climbing trees and carrying equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Note: This is not an entry-level position. Prior experience as a Tree Climber is required.
