What You Will Do

• Perform general maintenance on buildings and assigned equipment
• Manage all maintenance requests and needs for the restaurant
• Consistently perform routine checks on all facilities to stay updated on new or existing repairs
• Be available for emergency repairs outside of business hours
• Manage all subcontractors (plumbers, elevator technicians, painters, electricians, etc)
• Order necessary supplies for any maintenance or equipment and correctly track and invoice purchases

Who We Are Looking For

• General maintenance and construction skills
• Proficient use of necessary tools and equipment needed for repairs
• Flexible availability (weekends, nights, etc)
• Lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Be able to stand and walk for an entire shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant, which may include stairs, uneven and slick surfaces
