Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Painter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in painting and general labor tasks to assist in various projects.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting such as scraping, sanding, and patching
- Apply paint or other finishes to different surfaces including walls, ceilings, doors, and cabinets
- Operate power tools and hand tools
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Concrete repair / Drywall repair are skills that will give you an advantage
Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in painting techniques.
- Ability to work with power tools and hand tools effectively
- Familiarity with concrete finishing, plastering, masonry work, and restoration processes
Requirements:
- Previous experience in painting or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks
- Excellent communication skills
